A laboratory constant temperature circulating bath is a precision laboratory instrument designed to provide a highly stable temperature-controlled liquid environment with external circulation capabilities. Working Principle

The circulating bath regulates the temperature of the liquid inside the bath, typically water or an ethylene glycol solution, through an electric heating or refrigeration system. A high-precision temperature sensor continuously monitors the liquid temperature, while the PID controller automatically adjusts the heating or cooling power to maintain stable and accurate temperature control. A built-in circulation pump delivers the temperature-controlled liquid to external equipment, creating a closed-loop temperature control system.

Thermostatic Bath Selection Guide

When selecting a laboratory constant temperature circulating bath, several factors should be considered. The temperature range and accuracy, typically ±0.5°C to ±1°C, should meet the requirements of the experiment. A 304 stainless steel inner chamber is preferred for its corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. The appropriate bath capacity, generally ranging from 6 to 30 liters, should be selected according to the experimental requirements. The circulation pump flow rate should also be sufficient for the connected external equipment.
