Versatile range of applications.
Widely used in research and small-batch production within enterprises and institutions, as well as in academic research and teaching. Applicable fields include ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractories, the development of new materials, specialty materials, and construction materials.

Features a dual-layer forced-air cooling design and a powder-coated, high-temperature baked finish.
This ensures that the furnace shell remains near room temperature even when the interior is at its maximum operating temperature,
preventing accidental injuries.
Equipped with an inlet port (fitted with a ball valve) and an outlet port (also fitted with a ball valve); includes a vacuum gauge connection. A vacuum pump is provided.

Equipped with an intelligent, safety-focused temperature control system. Self-developed high-end temperature control chip.
Utilizes an advanced, internationally recognized temperature controller featuring 30-segment programmable PID auto-tuning, with automated heating and cooling cycles that require no manual supervision. The system incorporates integrated circuitry and modular control, supported by dual-circuit protection (including safeguards against temperature deviation, excessive heat, thermocouple failure, overcurrent, and overvoltage).

Chart Explanation:
1. Heat to 300°C and hold for 2 hour.
2. Heat to 900°C and hold for 3 hours.
3. Cool to 700°C and hold for 1 hours.
4. Heat to 800°C and hold for 1 hour.
Time and temperature can be set freely within the specified ranges. (Each temperature stage must be at least 300°C; each time duration must not exceed 999 minutes.)

The furnace features a double-layered, air-cooled design with multiple fans, which rapidly lowers the furnace temperature, enhances experimental efficiency, and ensures more stable and safe operation—meeting the requirements for a wide range of high-temperature experiments.
Silicon carbide heating elements and molybdenum disilicide heating elements feature high thermal conductivity, excellent high-temperature resistance, and high dimensional stability (they do not easily deform).
The furnace chamber is constructed from lightweight alumina and ceramic fiber materials.
It offers excellent thermal insulation, high-temperature durability, and resistance to thermal shock (rapid heating and cooling); it is free from cracking or crystallization, ensuring that the chamber remains under uniform stress during the heating process.
A laboratory tube atmosphere furnace is a compact high-temperature heating device commonly used for material heat treatment, particularly for small-sample sintering, annealing, reduction, and atmosphere-controlled reactions. Unlike a box-type atmosphere furnace, it features a tubular heating chamber in which samples are placed inside a quartz or alumina tube. This design allows more concentrated gas flow, improves atmosphere utilization, and makes it easier to connect exhaust gas treatment systems.
Working Principle
The heating elements are arranged around the outside of the tubular furnace chamber and generate heat when powered on. The alumina ceramic fiber insulation provides excellent thermal insulation, rapid heating, and uniform temperature distribution. Depending on the model, temperature is monitored using a K-, S-, or B-type thermocouple. The furnace can operate with various gases, including nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, and ammonia, to create the required processing atmosphere. Maximum operating temperatures range from 1,200°C to 1,700°C, with power ratings of 2–7 kW. Its compact design makes it suitable for benchtop use.

Applications
Different heating configurations are available for different temperature requirements. Quartz tube heating systems support temperatures up to 1,200°C, silicon carbide heating elements up to 1,400°C, and molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements up to 1,700°C. Laboratory tube atmosphere furnaces are widely used in powder materials research, lithium-ion battery material processing, catalyst preparation, semiconductor thin-film production, carbon material research, and university laboratories. They are particularly suitable for small-batch experiments that require precise atmosphere control.

When selecting a laboratory tube atmosphere furnace, first determine the maximum operating temperature required and allow an additional temperature margin of 50–100°C. Next, consider the tube diameter and constant-temperature zone length to ensure they accommodate your sample dimensions without overcrowding. For atmosphere-controlled applications, check the sealing flanges, gas inlet and outlet connections, and whether flow meters are included. MoSi₂ heating elements support higher temperatures but generally involve higher costs, so select them according to your actual process requirements. Other important considerations include furnace tube material, thermocouple type, compatibility between the power rating and the available electrical supply, and safety features such as overtemperature protection and gas leakage alarms.

The 304 stainless steel flange sealing system is corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and highly airtight, supporting both vacuum and controlled-atmosphere operations.

The ceramic fiber furnace chamber is resistant to thermal shock (rapid heating and cooling) and is not prone to cracking.
With low thermal conductivity and a high operating temperature range, it provides superior thermal insulation—offering an insulation duration more than ten times longer than that of conventional furnace chambers.

Control panel: Manages the operation of the atmosphere furnace and features programmable temperature control.
Pressure gauges and valves.
Gas inlet port with a ball valve: Used for introducing inert gas into the furnace tube to protect the materials.
Furnace chamber and furnace tube.
Heat dissipation vents: Ensure rapid cooling, more stable operation, and an extended service life.
Universal casters: Facilitate easy movement of the equipment.
